Jack Schaller
Jack Schaller began his career in the software industry in 1984, as Manager of Technology Consulting Services for a regional CPA firm in the Philadelphia area. Jack has since worked with a variety of commercial accounting, billing, practice management, and document management software products during his thirty plus years in the software consulting field. During his tenure as a software consultant he has garnered many sales and service awards for his work with legal software products, and is a frequent presenter at legal conferences and seminars. He has authored articles for TechnoLawyer and various other industry publications. Jack is a Certified Independent Consultant (CIC) for PCLaw|Time Matters, LEAP, NetDocuments, Sage Timeslips, and Sage 50 Accounting.
Andrea Prigot
With clients throughout North America, Andrea Prigot guides firms through the selection, migration and implementation of billing, accounting, document management and practice management software. An experienced implementer and trainer, her current certifications include Caret Legal, Clio, NetDocuments, Cosmolex and TimeSolv. She also holds certifications in Amicus Attorney, Time Matters, Timeslips, PCLaw and Worldox.
Andrea is a founding member of Crosspointe Consulting Group, and president of Amicus Consulting, Inc., and has been a speaker and panelist on CLE programs for the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association.
Haig Hovaness
Haig Hovaness is an experienced IT consultant who works in the New York office of Crosspointe Consulting Group. Haig earned an MBA in information systems and lists over two decades of experience in corporate IT work. He has published numerous articles on information technology and its effects on organizations and society.
Dana Riel
Dana Riel is President and Founder of Business Solutions, Inc., serving the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area since 1985. Her firm is the authorized training center for the region for Time Matters and PCLaw by PCLaw|Time Matters, PLLC; Timeslips and Sage 50 Accounting by Sage Software; and QuickBooks by Intuit Corporation. She also serves as a consultant for Caret Legal (formerly known as Zola Suite), CosmoLex, Soluno & TimeSolv. As a trainer, Dana has provided training services to organizations such as the DOD Defense Logistics Agency, Judge Advocate General’s Office (JAG)/Department of the Navy, University of the District of Columbia School of Law, U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as with small‐ to mid‐size law firms in the Baltimore‐Washington D.C. area. In 2009, she participated in the series of day‐long seminars sponsored by the District of Columbia Bar Association Practice Management Section, titled “Basic Training: Learn About Running a Law Office”. Ms. Riel also served as an Adjunct Professor in Georgetown University’s Paralegal Studies Program, having taught the course, “Legal Ethics/Legal Technology” in 2009; and “Legal Technology” for the Spring and Summer Semesters of 2010. She presently serves on the Advisory Board for PCLaw|Time Matters, PLLC.
Jeanine Rhode
Jeanine Rhode, a Partner at Software Analysis Corporation and a member of Crosspointe Consulting Group, LLC possesses extensive experience with law office automation and legal technologies. She graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Administration and is also a Certified Paralegal. During her 25+ years as a consultant, Jeanine has earned and maintains certifications on many traditional and cloud-based practice management, document management, accounting and time & billing software packages. As a consultant, Jeanine has implemented software in law firms, legal departments and companies of all sizes. She conducts training for all levels of management, one-on-one or in classroom-style environments. Additional experience includes implementing software packages and providing project management skills in non-legal environments. Jeanine is knowledgeable about the capabilities of systems currently in the market. Industry experience includes legal, accounting, manufacturing, real estate and telecommunications, among others for organizations ranging in size from small entrepreneurial to large conglomerates.
David Michael
David Michael brings over 20 years of experience helping law firms and legal agencies with their practice management software. Before diving into the software world, David attained a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, designed statewide case management systems for the courts, and worked as a Trial Court Administrator. David has a knack for implementing all sorts of software for law firms, he’s also great at taking standard software and tweaking it to fit exactly what is needed, plus he’s a pro at transferring your data into new systems. David loves to travel and can be on-site if that works for you.
Gerri Martin
Gerri Martin, a member of Crosspointe Consulting Group, LLC holds her undergraduate degree in Accountancy and is a CPA. This gives Gerri the business background needed to understand the financial and management implications of implementing software and business processes. She started working with Attorneys in 1986 and focuses on supporting Attorneys, Law Firms, and Law Departments. In 1990, Gerri obtained a master’s degree in Project Management while graduating with honors. In 1992, she received her PMP certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute. She is the past Vice President of Professional Development for PMIs Chicagoland Chapter. This project management background lends itself to helping lawyers and their firms streamline their workflow and eliminate needless duplication of effort.
Steve Schaller
Steve has supported Timeslips clients as a Sage Certified Consultant since 2001, providing implementation, training, customization, data repair and tech support for many law firms and small businesses. He also specializes in designing custom Crystal Reports for billing and accounting applications, and in this capacity has created reports for clients in many different venues around the world.
Alan Phillips
Alan Phillips is an experienced accountant, and has supported clients as a Sage Certified Consultant since 2002. Prior to that time he spent 13 years in public accounting and 14 years in the private sector, as a controller and financial vice-president. He brings to Crosspointe Consulting Group a deep understanding of the accounting needs of many business types, which complements his skills with software implementation, training and professional advice. Alan’s consulting skills help small businesses more efficiently use their accounting software, and thus enable them to make better and more timely business decisions.
