Jack Schaller
Andrea Prigot
Andrea founded Amicus Consulting, Inc. in 1990, as the first legal technology consulting firm in Westchester County. Her articles on legal technology and ethics have been published in the Westchester County Bar Association and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association newsletters, and she has appeared on various New York State Bar Association programs. She has delivered many presentations on technology topics related to legal practice for the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Andrea works with a wide variety of law firms, legal departments, and law schools throughout the Greater New York metropolitan area. Andrea is a Certified Independent Consultant (CIC) for LexisNexis Time Matters, a CIC for LexisNexis PCLaw, and a CIC for LexisNexis Billing Matters. She is also a Certified Consultant for Timeslips, a Certified Consultant for Amicus Attorney, and an Authorized VAR/Reseller for Worldox.
Haig Hovaness
Haig Hovaness is an experienced IT consultant who works in the New York office of Crosspointe Consulting Group. Haig earned an MBA in information systems and lists over two decades of experience in corporate IT work. He has published numerous articles on information technology and its effects on organizations and society.
Dana Riel
Michael Gaines
Michael is the owner and Principal Consultant for Gaines Database Consulting, LLC. The firm is based in South Carolina, and was founded in 2007 to assist law firms in the southeastern U.S. with implementing and maintaining practice management software. Michael is certified in the LexisNexis Time Matters Application and has been implementing, configuring and training customers on Time Matters since his company’s inception. Michael has built a reputation in the Time Matters consulting community for the development of reporting and automation utilities for Time Matters users. He is also involved in Enterprise Application management for higher education institutions and has served as an instructor for Database Development, Web Programming and Health Information Technology courses. Michael received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Francis Marion University and is ITILv3 certified.
Jeanine Rhode
Jeanine Rhode, a Partner at Software Analysis Corporation and a member of Crosspointe Consulting Group, LLC possesses extensive experience with law office automation and legal technologies. She graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Administration and is also a Certified Paralegal. During her 25+ years as a consultant, Jeanine has earned and maintains certifications on many traditional and cloud-based practice management, document management, accounting and time & billing software packages. As a consultant, Jeanine has implemented software in law firms, legal departments and companies of all sizes. She conducts training for all levels of management, one-on-one or in classroom-style environments. Additional experience includes implementing software packages and providing project management skills in non-legal environments. Jeanine is knowledgeable about the capabilities of systems currently in the market. Industry experience includes legal, accounting, manufacturing, real estate and telecommunications, among others for organizations ranging in size from small entrepreneurial to large conglomerates.
Gerri Martin
Gerri Martin, a member of Crosspointe Consulting Group, LLC holds her undergraduate degree in Accountancy and is a CPA. This gives Gerri the business background needed to understand the financial and management implications of implementing software and business processes. She started working with Attorneys in 1986 and focuses on supporting Attorneys, Law Firms, and Law Departments. In 1990, Gerri obtained a master’s degree in Project Management while graduating with honors. In 1992, she received her PMP certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute. She is the past Vice President of Professional Development for PMIs Chicagoland Chapter. This project management background lends itself to helping lawyers and their firms streamline their workflow and eliminate needless duplication of effort.
Jen McComb
Jen McComb is a Document Management Specialist at Software Analysis Corporation, located near Chicago, IL. Jen brings 15 years of law firm experience and 5 years of consulting to her interaction with clients. Jen is a Certified Paralegal with experience in many areas of law, from assisting attorneys as a secretary and a paralegal, to managing a law office, managing a billing department and acting as a firm IT manager. Her experience and perspective give her insight into the inner workings of many legal departments and law firms to help determine the right software, processes and procedures to provide the most benefit. Jen focuses her attention on implementing, optimizing and integrating document management.
Steve Schaller
Steve has supported Timeslips clients as a Sage Certified Consultant since 2001, providing implementation, training, customization, data repair and tech support for many law firms and small businesses. He also specializes in designing custom Crystal Reports for billing and accounting applications, and in this capacity has created reports for clients in many different venues around the world.
Allan Phillips
Alan Phillips is an experienced accountant, and has supported clients as a Sage Certified Consultant since 2002. Prior to that time he spent 13 years in public accounting and 14 years in the private sector, as a controller and financial vice-president. He brings to Crosspointe Consulting Group a deep understanding of the accounting needs of many business types, which complements his skills with software implementation, training and professional advice. Alan’s consulting skills help small businesses more efficiently use their accounting software, and thus enable them to make better and more timely business decisions.
