Happy Holidays! By now we are heading for the home stretch amidst the end-of-year holidays. This is an excellent time to reach out to our clients; yet we hear from many how time consuming that can be.
While many reach out via email, many still choose to send greetings in a traditional way. And we are often asked by many how to do this in Time Matters. Here’s where one of its many powerful features come into play, making this as easy as 1-2-3:
Step One: Identify your recipients
This can be done either manually or by using the Search feature through either Contact or Matter (Case) records. Searches can be simple –using one criteria only – or use the Advanced Search feature to pinpoint exactly who you need.
Step Two: Tag the recipients
Once you have the records you want, tag them by placing check marks next to the records. Use this option while you are doing your search or, once you have your search list, execute the command to Tag All Records from the Process menu.
Step Three: Create your Mailing Labels
From the File menu, select the Print command.
Highlight the Label tab on the left side of the screen. Select your format on the right side of the screen. Place your label stock in the printer. Click on the Print button to print your labels. It’s that easy!
