- Using this command, a Destination Backup Location may be selected. Note that Time Matters automatically assigns the name of the day of the week to the file. This may be overwritten or changed at the user’s discretion.
- There are also other options listed, determining what information may be included in the backup –
- Users may or may not wish to include files in the Document folder
- Users may or may not wish to include email attachments
- Users have the option to remember the destination folder for future backups
The Begin Server Backup Window appears.
- This “first pass” by Time Matters saves the actual data in a SQL backup format
- Click on the Yes button to begin this process
- When this is complete, a new window appears
- This “second pass” by Time Matters saves all the customized features in the database
- It compresses them into a .ZIP file
- When the process is complete, you will see a confirmation window. Click OK to complete the backup process

In 2009, she participated in the series of day‐long seminars sponsored by the District of Columbia Bar Association Practice Management Section, titled “Basic Training: Learn About Running a Law Office”. Ms. Riel also served as an Adjunct Professor in Georgetown University’s Paralegal Studies Program, having taught the course, “Legal Ethics/Legal Technology” in 2009; and “Legal Technology” for the Spring and Summer Semesters of 2010.
