Welcome to Dan Bowlzer, our Newest Member

Crosspointe Consulting Group is delighted to announce that Daniel Bowlzer, an expert on change management, needs analysis and workflows for law firms, has joined our group. Daniel Bowlzer is the Founder of Octopoda, a legal operations consultancy that helps law firms maximize client satisfaction and profitability.

What excites Daniel most about joining Crosspointe Consulting is the opportunity to work as part of a highly regarded team helping small and mid-sized law firms reach their potential by making technology, processes, and people work better together. He also believes there has never been a greater opportunity for small and mid-sized firms to compete with larger firms, driven by increased access to modern technology. Daniel is excited to help firms put the right technology and processes in place to compete effectively.

His work focuses on improving billing speed, reducing revenue lock-up, strengthening data insight, and enhancing the client experience across the matter lifecycle. He leverages data, AI, and automation to improve insight and reduce manual work. Daniel works closely with senior leaders, attorneys, and support teams to remove operational bottlenecks and help firms run efficiently without unnecessary overhead.

Over the past decade, Daniel has worked with regional, national, and international law firms, including Shakespeare Martineau, Maples Group, and Mishcon de Reya, helping them remove operational friction that slows billing, ties up cash, and pulls partners into work they shouldn’t be doing.

Daniel is a Clio and Caret Certified Consultant, holds certifications in Agile Project Management (APMG International) and Business Analysis (Chartered Institute for IT), and earned a BA (Hons) in Business Management (2:1) from the University of Gloucestershire.
