Last week there was an announcement from Sage Timeslips that the option for their “on demand” technical support will no
longer be offered to customers after March 31. Instead, customers were given options to either purchase a Business Care Plan or subscribe to Timeslips Premium.
We believe the remaining two options offered by Sage Timeslips are viable. Many of our clients have Business Care Plans. But we don’t believe they should be the only options. And so we would like to remind you of another option that has always been there: availing yourself of our services.
- At Crosspointe Consulting Group we have seven Timeslips Certified Consultants, with a combined total of over 100 years’ experience among us. (We get depressed when we do the math!) You can read about us at https://www.crosspointecg.com/who-we-are/ Actually with seven of us, that may be one more than the technical support team that Timeslips has.
- As independent consultants, we offer support on an “as needed” basis. Some of our offices have direct toll-free numbers for access. Our group also has a toll-free number: 877-357-0555. You will need to leave a message there, but it is immediately transcribed and emailed to all Timeslips Certified Consultant partners. You can’t have that with a Timeslips support plan.
- Each of us has the ability to access your machines remotely through the service “GoToAssist” by Citrix. It gives us the ability with the user’s permission to really look at a problem and fix it faster than trying to envision a situation without the ability to see anything.
- And those of you who are our clients know that we can come to your office, which is something tech support cannot do. In addition to support, we provide installation, training, data repair and customization to help you get the most from your Timeslips program.
If you’ve worked with us, you already know these facts. If you haven’t been in touch with us lately, don’t hesitate to call; we’d like to hear from you. And if you haven’t worked with us, please call us at 877-357-0555 to learn more about our on-demand assistance. /br>br>

I stopped using Time Slips Support Years ago in lieu of my Time Slips consultant. Often Time Slips could not solve my issues, were providing inconsistent and wrong information or had no understanding of my issues.
Thanks for commenting. One of our partners is the Timeslips consultant upon whom you rely, so your comment is especially gratifying. We try to fill the gaps in Sage’s support capabilities.
Dear Robyn,
Thank you for your kind words. We at Crosspointe pride ourselves on our depth and breadth of product knowledge and strive to provide our clients with the best possible support experience. Thank you for your loyalty these past 16 years.
Sincerely,
Karen Easton
